havent been away long and over 2 pages to catch up!

Its clouded over here now but have managed to get 2 loads of washing dry on the line already, third lot is out and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it stays dry for a while.

have done a bit of general decluttering in the dining room so far, because if a walk through from the front door to the kitchen it becomes a bit of a dumping ground. Need to sort and fold the laundry and get rid of that before I can progress with list.

Just stopped for a :coffee: so anyone else for one just help yourself :coffee::coffee::coffee::coffee::coffee:. DD is currently making herself spag hoops on toast - her latest favourite food (excluding fruit fests of course) so will avoid the kitchen until she's done.

Think I'll go and change out of the shorts I had hoped I would be able to wear in order to get rid of the lily white legs but its already too cold for me now the suns gone in.

welcome nevaeh and dont worry if you cant keep up with the thread, it gets way too much for me sometimes then I just disappear as I'm embarrased I cant keep up but everyone is soo lovely even if we only dip in and out occasionally.

Right rid of shorts then laundry

Thanks Penny. Do you defrost overnight in fridge then heat or can they go straight in the MW?

I usually deforst meatballs overnight in the fridge, but if I forget, they only take a short while to defrost inj the hot sauce ;)

fill the sink with nice hot soapy water and pile the dishes in to soak while you have your tea and then they will be easy peasy - if you do the dishes and dry and put them all away that will be a brilliant start to the week - I aim to do my kitchen but it will probably take all week so dont feel bad at only doing one thing.

That is a brill idea, why didn't I think of that?? lol Got all my plates, bowls, cutlery done last night so it's pots and pans night tonight (apart from whatever I use for tea tonight) :) Thank you toots :D xx

Got Dr's tomorrow night :o review on meds, see if I can get some different tablets to help with current symptoms and have a lil word about the current relapse, see if there's anything I can do to make sure I can continue working so I don't have to have time off. At the moment we wouldn't be able to cope financially if Dr wants to sign me off :o Might have to do some arm twisting :) (DH's to do some housework for a change!!! :rotfl:)

Bedroom done, so that should be quick to S&S later in the week! Have also done the bathroom window & sill which usually gets neglected, so I might manage the shelves this week!

Bedroom rug is currently in the WM, landing runner is on the line and will need beating later to get the dust out.

I've also done a castor oil pack on my liver as I was feeling sluggish (too much sugar :o I really MUST stop eating it).

Utility and kitchen... I've done the washing up, emptied the DW, put a chicken in the SC and cooked some chickpeas for humous later. I need to sort out the fridge, freezer and meals for the week (I think I need to walk to the shop for tomatoes and cucumber, which will give me a bit of exercise later), and somehow find time for some weeding and mowing, as well as getting ready for swimming/work tomorrow.

Would 9pm be OK for toots' visualisation? I thought it would be a good time for her to start relaxing before bed (particularly after her unauthorised late night last night :p), and most of the rest of us will have eaten/put LOs to bed etc and probably also be ready to start winding down. Try to find somewhere quiet to sit so that you can concentrate. Does anyone need any more info?

    Just having a lunch break

Soappie - I've got the same bit of the kitchen as you left to do.

Boddy your garden sounds lovely. Next door have a huge buddy right by the fence so I get to enjoy it without having it take up space in my garden

Newbies (sorry I am awful with names) welcome, good luck and pace yourselves!

Pooh hope you feel better soon

Going to do HHP whilst I'm here and then finish that kitchen!

Greenbee - 9pm's fine by me.
Dusty - I've just got to mop now....

Just having a fish finger sandwich (with tomato ketchup of course!) for lunch then I'll mop the kitchen floor. The sun has come out so I've taken a chance on it staying out for a bit (after looking at the met office satellite pictures as well) and put the cushion covers in the washing machine (didn't get round to doing them yesterday).

Then I'm going to sit in the garden for a bit.

I'm looking at my European voting form (because it is the next piece of paper in the pile) - I have a choice of 15 parties - never heard of most of them. Some I can instantly discount but have no idea on the others.
