I will matey - I posted all my HSBC cards in banking thread! Have you seen them...?

They changed minds cos my internal score was good, I sent them proof it wasn;t me at linked address and asked for a 3 grand limit. I blabbed on a lot about my internal behaviour and that should outweigh any external scoring techniques as they can easily see how I handle my money and who I pay.

    Must have done the trick.....

Yes they removed the searches and the cifas - lol. Other 2 is Lloyds and HBOS.

I thought Lloyds removed theirs, I thought they telephoned you and said they were going to remove it.

What are you doing about them? Any news from Equifax?

They then wrote to me saying they were leaving it - I have threatened them with enforcement, my next step will be court - certainly service of a N1. At the very least.

I have warned them and asked them exactly who they are calling a liar - it must be me or Lee Hancock from Experian - they not replied yet! LOL

I've left equifax for now, need to wait and see outcome of other cases prior to suing them. I've reported Call Credit to ICO.
