Hiya,
Hubby opened a Next account a few days ago. It gave him a £300 limit.
This may be a stupid question, but does this mean that he has been accepted, or will they do a credit check along with the 1st order?
Sorry to ask but I have read the terms and conditions for Next and it confused me
Thanks0 -

Yep, should mean he's been accepted. They gave me a £150 limit at account opening when I ordered something for a fiver. They then raised it to £250 a few days later :beer:0 -
I wonder how they work out what kind of limit to give you???digitalphase wrote: »Yep, should mean he's been accepted. They gave me a £150 limit at account opening when I ordered something for a fiver. They then raised it to £250 a few days later

Next limits are random, one month you may have £500 the next £3k and the next £250! Its bizarre how they work them out.....

Not sure, it does seem very random and can go up and down apparently.
When I secure a job I will be ordering some new work clothes from them, so will update this thread with whether they upped my credit limit afterwards! :rotfl:0 -
ooohhhh Snap, when my son starts pre-school 5 mornings a week (fingers crossed), I will be looking for a little job.digitalphase wrote: »Not sure, it does seem very random and can go up and down apparently.

Hi, I'm a bit confused have been lurking this thread for a while but so much to get through. I have an account with fashion world, order regularly and pay more than minimum they have recently upped my limit. As I understand it this is with JD Williams so when people talk about a JD Williams account is that what I have got or is it something different? Because I am a member of fashion world does my account and limit apply also to those listed above or is a JD Williams account something different entirely?Sadly, you don't have any badges yet but keep trying! See what you could get........... oh boo hoo I am crying into my wine.
