Right listen up you bunch of do-gooders! They shove a little flimsy looking agreement in with your statement with no mention that you need to sign it and no wonder it gets 'binned'.... :rotfl:

It is not illegal, nor immoral.... if it was that important then it'd be sent on its own with something along the lines of

'Please sign and return the agreement, failure to do so within the next 7 days will render your account frozen until such time you do return it'. 'The reason we take this action is because of N-i-D on MSE and his bloomin unenforceability claims'
