Nice to see you posting DT and that you are managing to chill.
Don't blame you regarding DDs boyfriend..like you say wouldn't be too bad if he at least supported her...the waste of space that he is.
Glad diet has gone well ..you are doing fantastic and so should be finished with it in a few months.
I have been chilling in an active sort of way
Done so far
1. Ordered 4 new sun loungers to be delivered on Tuesday
2. Bought 32 new towels 20 of which have name tapes sewn in
3. Bought 16 new pillow protectors
4. Bought 2 new cot mattresses
5. Had problem pool surround walls that keep flaking tiled
6. Replaced shower curtains that someone had washed on too hot a wash with 2 bath screens and 1 shower cubicle
7. Bought 4 new cushions
8. Been to IKEA and replaced broken crockery, standard lamp and bedside lamp
9. Ordered and collected new DVDs
10. Bought new clock
11. Sacked the management company and replaced with new one (this was a bit yuck as we have been with them 6 years but think they are getting too big and missing maintenance items that should have been dealt with)
12. Bought new toys and games for villa
So as you can see I have been doing lots of shopping which is great fun and guilt free as its not really for me
Looking forward to weigh in it had better be a good one hoping to reach stage 2 soon so that I can have some real proteinbut I have to have lost 70% of my weight for that so a few weeks yet I think.
I have been reading constantly since last post and have only completed two threads I think I have rather a lot to catch up on

your villa sounds great and that you take good care of it...love the shopping list0

It sounds like real luxury! You've done so well with the weight loss, staying so focused after everything that's been going on.
 here's to some protein very soon x0 -
OK have been missing in action whilst adjusting to the reality of life at home - the house is still standing but obviously there has been lots going on whilst we were away not too many breakages thankfully ............
No news on mortgage front except they wanted another bank statement already given them three months worth so did that on Friday but I am taking that as good news on the survey front as presumably they wouldn't be asking for stuff if they were not happy with the valuation
Frustrating day today drove all the way to Congleton for my clinic appointment and weigh in to find it was cancelled as the therapist had an accident on the way into work they tried to phone me but my phone was flat normally I would charge it in the car on a long journey but haven't unpacked the car charger from my hand luggage bag yet
So I decided to go to Dunelm in Chester to see if I could get some baskets for Christmas hampers managed to find four for kids so that's the start of four movie night hampers - when I got home went shopping in Mr. Ts and browsed the sale aisle and picked up ice cream tote bags, ice lolly moulds, and ice cream tubs so that's the start of two Kid's ice cream hampers so that's a good start and Shaun can wave Father Christmas' at me as much as he likes now I am in Christmas mode :rotfl:
Have to go and get Kid's school shoes tomorrow hope they have some in stock as back to school on Thursday - last minute me never
Still have our guest  evidently he was thrown out but before the week was up and we got back so was he and when I mentioned him leaving to my daughter she started to cry and I just had to back off but this cannot carry on enough is enough
Think that is it from the DT household pleased with the weightloss over the holiday but no official weigh in now until next Monday:(

Well done on staying focused on the diet - that is fantastic. Sorry to read that things at home are not ideal still, but hopefully you can sort them out without upsetting DD more than is necessary xSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. Hi DT and welcome back!
Sorry to hear things are still difficult, hope it will smooth over soon. I'm sure it is positive from the mortgage co. Personally I have found the process painfully slow and am now resigned to let things go at their speed....
Talking of hampers, you've reminded me about your fantastic Pots of Gold from last Christmas.
Do you think - when you get a minute - you could expand a bit on what you put in the hampers pretty pretty please (I learned that one from little DD) xx

Last year I did hampers and pots of gold sometimes the pots of gold were included in the hampers depending on who I was giving them too. The content of the pots of gold varied too depending on who I was giving them to.
The basic pots of gold contained choc coins, gold wrapped choc eclairs and ferrero rocher (basically any gold wrapped sweets I could find) plus scratch cards last year there were some out called pot of gold or something like that which I used - value depending on who I was giving them to. For teenage kids I used them as their sole present and added £1 coins. Others I put in mixed hampers with snowman soup, books, toiletries etc. For children I also made baking hampers using a plastic mixing bowl as the hamper and adding cake mixes, decorations, utensils, apron, chefs hat, jelly, angel delight I will look for the photos and post them again.
This year I am doing movie hampers for some of the kids with dvds, sweets, popcorn (I have some popcorn boxes left over from the kid's party), crisps and drinks I have found some toy storage collapsable boxes in pink and blue with a chalk board on the side with lids that I will be putting them in and also a couple of ice cream hampers with lolly moulds, toppings, wafers, sauces, ice cream scoop, spoon and ice cream tubs and some money to buy ice cream put in bags that are decorated with ice creams and lollies that were 25p in Mr Ts , quite excited about it now I have started. Haven't decided on the themes for the adults but will be doing some more snowman soups with mugs and chocs as I didn't make many last year and I have the bags left over. Just need to find somewhere to store them now
Hope that helps there are threads in the special occasion area with lots of different ideas.

Here are the photos from last year dread to think how many pots of gold I made these are only a few of them I used jars from IKEA
Lots of pots
A wrapped pot
A baking hamper for a girl used chocolate stuff for the boys
The above wrapped also included cookie cutters that you can't see in the first picture.
Sorry don't seem to have any pictures of the adult hampers or the snowman soups but if you put it into the search box there are piccies of ones other people have made
