  • I'm fine thanks I thought I had been spending too much time with :money: and had better give OH some attention :o but I have been lurking on diaries and keeping up with what's happening. I do need to have a good sort out and post my update for the MFiT - T2 but I am hoping to get my mint statement soon which is the card I have been PADding too so hopefully a fair bit paid off that one.

You are doing really well I am impressed. How did your lunch go with the cute !!!!! :rotfl::rotfl: OOPS I swore just in case you wondered b1tch

I am worried now been on your diary and can't find any reference to said lunch was it somebody else? did I dream it? desperately need confused smiley

LOL. You weren't dreaming. My friend bought over his new Choc lab puppy and we had lunch together (I ate with friend not dog you understand :rotfl:). It was my status on fb but I hadn't written it on here. Starting to feel like I'm spending more time blogging my life than living it :D.

I need to update my MfiT2 too. I've achieved my goal for the first stage on 12/3 so now going strong for the second stage in June. Need to geback into padding as I'm sure that those small amounts add up. Hope your mint statement is a good one :D.

Where has the confused smiley gone I wonder. Went to use it the other day and it wasn't there. Annoyed a bit as I am often and easily confused!!!

    Take care, Ging x
  • Phew thanks for confirming I had seen it thought senility had arrived with a bump.

I saw your post on MFiT you are setting a cracking pace.
Still no Mint statement must check when it is due DD has gone out so should be here soon.
    Have a good day

We never know what life is going to throw at us and three years is a long time I think in the circs a readjustment of your aims is quite in order. You can adjust them again when a big windfall comes your way:D. I haven't been posting much but I have been keeping up with your diary and you are often in my thoughts and I hope if you don't mind in my prayers.:A

I have updated my sig and posted on the pay off by Christmas thread and MFiT with updates. I am pleased with the progress so far I am slightly ahead of my payment plan for this year but as I don't have emergency savings that is always under threat depending on what happens but the more I get ahead the more virtual emergency money I have if that makes sense.

Budget wise I am just over half way to payday and at the half way point I was spot on so that is good the budgeting for 6 months at a time has been my failing in the past and the reason for the CC debt so this is a big improvement :)

I have deleted the weight loss aims from my sig that is just not happening :o

Thats all folks thanks for reading.

    Hi DT

I like Martin's reasoning on the emergency savings thing, he goes through each scenario step by step, its a good'un. And you're ahead of your plan, thats great.

    Hi DT and followers :hello:

You are storming ahead on MFiT :T
Mine has got off to a non-start due to the Natwest not setting up my new deal with another £200 added to the monthly payment
However the deal is still available, so it's all ok now :A

Have a good weekend all :)
