Glad you got your pans...you can cook away until your heart is content.
What is an induction hob? and what are the benefits of an induction hob? and what sorts of pans do you have to buy?
Sorry for the questions but I want a new kitchen and will need an oven and hob and don't know what to go for.
Its an electric hob that heats up whats in a pan very fast therefore energy efficient it forms a circuit with the pan so the hob does not get very hot you need pans with iron in such as stainless steel not aluminium easiest is to test the bottom and see if it attracts a magnet. Because the hob does not get hot it is easy to clean because stuff does not get burnt on it heats up quicker even than gas. The pan must be at least as large as the dimension of the ring to make a proper circuit - I love it already.
