They had persuaded her to have a modem( she doesn't use the internet) had charged for channels she previously had thought she cancelled..i felt so sorry for her as she was going away for a few months and really should have cancelled the service. The chap told her she wouldn't be able to get it back, i was mortified when i found her crying..i got on that phone and rail roaded them..result- refund and cancellation. Their customer service stinks at times, i was glad i spoke to someone sensible.
Good for you that really stinks

And I keep missing the free games because of the phone ringing - don't people know I need to make some money here :rotfl:

What Taka said. Remember you've done amazingly well - look at that PAD total, for instance! And your work on the ccs is brill, apart from the balance transfer fees, everything goes to paying off capital. You pulled back the overspend before you got to the point of not-coping, and you're coming back really well. Keep going, DT.

Why would I want to be average? - nothing else in my life is average :rotfl:anyway I am going to be below average debtwise one day;)
Nothing on the bingo so far today:rotfl:it is strange have been really busy today getting lots of things done for the Charity but I have managed to play nearly all of the free bingo games just going on at the right time - yesterday I was missing them all usually by a few secondssuch is life - saw taka win again  I win lots of bonuses on BB but just can't convert them into real money
Waiting for other people now before I can complete the charity newsletter but I have designed the Christmas card, put the accounts into some sort of readable form for the donors to have, completed the charity commission forms and the charity tax return, sent lots of emails some of which I have had replies to - so all in all pleased with the day so far - need to get more ink (typed income there freudian slip:D) and paper so I can start printing.
