bah that is pants......but if you win with bbs, does it not get credited as cash that you can then withdraw.....? Time for another email to Cindy I reckon.Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. That is just ridiculous. I would work out what your possible WR was based on your initial bonus - ie 3x that bonus, and email to them saying can they confirm that £X is the amount you need to wager to satisfy the WR? Then, if you get a reply that says you have wagered enough, you can produce that as your confirmation should they refuse to pay out in the future.
I don't know what else to suggest, I'm sorry xSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -

Every time I go on they seem to have moved the goalposts I thnk they are trying to claw back what we have won but what they have done to you is definitely not right and you should email them mine went back as cash so should yours.

The email said that as this was the 2nd time I hadn't met the requirements it goes back as BBs. THe 1st time they refunded in to Cash balance (but kept the BBs I forteited). I'm too annoyed to email today but I'll try and do it tomorrow.Mortgage free as of 12/08/20!

Hello, I am so sorry to hijack your thread, DT, I always follow your progress but only recently de-lurked
I was just wondering if I could compare notes with anyone currently going thru the KJP saga? I had the same type of issue as you Taka but after hours of playing have now have got the confirmation email saying I can withdraw. My only issue is my real balance is less than £20. Is it the case that the min withdrawal is £20?
The email also states if I deposit again it will attract more WR so I can't see anyway of getting my mits on the balance.
Is my only option to keep playing to see if I can get it above the min?
TIA if anyone knows0 -

Hi Aunty Em - ooh I didn't know I had a lurker :rotfl:
I had one withdrawal reversed after a refer a friend bonus wagered some more won £5 very gingerly deposited and withdrew and it was OK - but they do seem to be moving the goalposts all the time I am willing to risk depositing because I have won in the past and am therefore only depositing back money that I won from them which doesn't feel as bad - but if I was a newbie I think I would consider waiting until I had won £20 to avoid risking any of my own money.
This is only my opinion but I hope it helps
Good Luck
DTxx
Sorry realised I didn't answer your question directly the minimum withdrawal is £20 it depends whether you want to risk depositing to make it upto £20 or wait on balance in your situation I think I would wait0
