I've had a quick look at the T and Cs... Looks like I need to wager 3x last deposit that earned BBs AND all the bonuses awarded since the last BB earning deposit before I can withdraw. In my case this is £20 (initial deposit as it is matched in BBs) + ~£3.50 BBs (from sitting wherever etc) x 3 = £70.50 I need to have wagered before I can withdraw. I think... Is that right? I don't have that much in my account including my deposit money... Pooo pooo pooo...

I need to go into my account bit to double check but I can't now as I'm at work. This is exactly why I never normally do these things... How on earth has anyone managed to withdraw if the initial deposit alone has to be played through 3x? I hope I've got this wrong...

Taka ..it doesn't normally have to be played through.
Looks like they have changed something!!!
Hold fire..I'm sure Hypno or DT will be able to work it out.

I don't think they've changed the T+Cs - they are dated with effect from Aug 2007...

I've asked Hypno to pop over when she has a minute as she's good on these things.

Still no reply from email and I can't get onto live help.

Strange thing is I realise I actually miss playing - so that is really sad :o I realise I have been structuring my day around the free games and now I have lost that structure and I am finding it hard to settle to anything

I really must get out more.

Still OH and I have deep cleaned another room today so the house is looking OK which is a good job because we have various meetings here over the next 3 days

Now got on to Live Help said I have to allow 24 hours for a reply to my email
Checked the withdrawal history says I have not met the wagering requirement for my sign up bonus - I signed up in July:confused:

    I don't know....is the only answer I can give.

I applied for a cashin on my account and on OH account on Saturday - on my account I got an email yesterday saying cashin confirmed but it is not yet in my bank......I've not looked at OH email so don't know what his says but I would guess it says the same as I did both withdrawals at the same time.

I've not won anything since, so not tried to withdraw since you all started getting strange emails.

I am not coming home til later so can't log onto my KJP account til then to see if anything has been reversed, but will do so and let you know.

Not much help, am I, sorry x

update - my money has gone into my bank account, so no reversal there.

OH money is not yet in the bank, but different bank so could update tomorrow - or could be reversed, not had chance to look at his email or his kjp account because at work.....

    report back later...

hi, i've had the same message and they've told me that i have to spend £60 in total which is £10x3 (my initial deposit) and their £30 bingo bonus. They've got a nice email from me, i'm really annoyed with them because they have also removed my bonuses so even if i wanted to spend that amount (which i don't) i can't spend the bonus amounts. To my mind if you're willing to lose the bonuses how can they stop you removing your own money specially if you've not even played with any of their 'free' cash. What a day it's been and looks like it's getting worse.

    sorry for the vent.

LT, this is all vile for you - you make a good point about the real money vs the bonuses - I hope they see sense.
