Yes they should. Have been using them in Tesco for the last three weeks .
Used one for £12.00 off £60.00 spend in our Tesco Home store that only sells clothes, toys, homeware etc. and they took it as well.

No - postman just been. Mine came on the last day Tesco had quoted last time which is 18th this time.
