My local Tesco were still taking the Morgan's and Smirnoff vouchers today (my 2nd time in there to redeem). I guess it just depends on the store.

From my experience, I find the coupons are much more likely to be accepted if you go through the self-service tills as the staff member that has to come and approve your coupon is in a big rush to get back to monitor the tills and so is much more likely not to check in any great detail but will simply take a quick look and approve them in order to get back to their station. It helps to smile too as they make their way to you!!
  • Panic over the vouchers arrived today, Thanks for the replys
  • So am I right in thinking that there are no working vouchers for tesco.com groceries right now? I've tried every code on the code thread and none of them work :(

Does anyone know if i can use the £10 off £30 spend vouchers Tesco sent me alongside the double-up vouchers? I was hoping to spend £33 on toys minus the £10 off £30 and then use a £20 double up voucher for the remainder. Thank you!!

Just back from Tesco where i spent a grand total of £1.17 after using my £10 off £30 coupon, plus £20 toy vouchers from the double up deals. Managed to get a couple of the large plush Hello Kitty's for £7.97 (normally £20) and loads of Hannah Montana musical keychains for 75p (normally £6). This was in the Twickenham store. Loads left. The remaining tenner was spent on free food. Love Tesco on days like this!! :j

Just did a Tesco shop and had the most lovely Checkout girl ever. Bill was £51.88. She took the sun £5 off £40 spend and a £4 off £30 till spit. As I was fiddling about with coupons trying to find relevant ones, she offered to scan them all, even for products I didn't have. I got £2.50 off twinings tea that I didn't buy and £1.50 off fairy dishwash tabs I didn't buy + another £4.80 in various coupons for stuff I didn't buy + £2 off stuff I did buy. This bought it down to £32.08, + heavily reduced lettuce, sweetcorn, peppers, rocket and houmous. And she gave me 10 points for 3 shopping bags and 25 points for something I didn't buy. Result !
Still virtually alcohol free since 4/1/15. (10 Xmas/ New Year/Birthday drinks)
