Can anyone answer - if I place an grocery order tonight with no vouchers (cos none of them work) and I get an email from Tesco tonight/tomorrow - can I add that voucher for this shop?

I recall that i used to be not able to do it but I wondered if they had relaxed the policy?
What should I put in here that won't upset people.........

No you can't, I tried to do it and they won't let you :(
They are so tight about codes, they make so much but they don't help their customers.
No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one!

A 'virtual' store works just the same as a physical store - in the latter you have to provide any vouchers at the time of the transaction i.e. it's no good coming back to the store with some voucher you have found - it's too late. So it is with a 'virtual' store. NB same as with bogof's i.e. order two get the second free - just like in a physical store.
I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard

I read it as the poster wanted to add a code before delivery but after checkout. Same way you can amend your order.

You can add codes with Asda after checkout and before delivery, never tried with Tesco.

Yes you can now, just click on 'My orders', 'Make a change to this order', then click on 'Add e coupons & vouchers'. Scroll down to 'add e coupon or voucher to your order'.

    Remember to click 'Confirm order
    '.

From till spit on in-store shopping today, for TESCO DIRECT

500 Extra Clubcard Points when you spend £25 or more across Homeshop, Cook & Dine. Valid until 31/07/10. TDX-HCDR

I got this too (3 of them in fact!) but mine also says it can be used in-store. But what exactly constitutes 'Homeshop, Cook & Dine' - I asked at Customer Services and they said it is a specific label that only the larger stores carry, yet I can't find any such thing on Tesco Direct. Was my lady wrong? I wanted towels.

Sorry if this counts as 'chat'...

Have a look on-line and try to go through the purchase process and put the code in, it wouldn't work for me on a dinner set but it might work for you :).

I've used this code for towels successfully.
