Neither myself of my fiance have our points from Tesco Direct yet. I'm owed 1100 points, while he is owed 2100. Do they add them on when they send out the statement, or should we call up and chase them?
When you both did you 'Direct' orders did you quote your clubcard no's?
If you didn't - the 'system' will make one up for you, which will stay in the 'system' i.e. a virtual card where your points could be. Or such a card maybe there from a previous time. You will still get vouchers/statement, in this case but not a separate card.
If you did quote your card no's when ordering, and you've noticed no big increase in points, by all means call clubcard - preferably today, though you may need to call Tesco Direct as well.
Also, please check T & Cs of offer - when points will be allocated.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -

Thanks for the info - I would not want to use them twice - I was just unsure as to whether I had to send them to Tesco or not !
Any help on the receipt question would be great too !

Hi,
I'm new to this board/thread - just wondering if anyone knows of any money off vouchers or codes that could be used for furniture on Tesco Direct? We've got our eye on something but it would be nice to get some pennies off....
We will use Quidco when we order too.
Have had a look on the "no discussion" thread but all the recent posts seem to be for groceries and/or gardening/toys.
Many thx!0 -

Of course it comes up as invalid - you've already used them. If you tendered them in a store, they would be kept in the till, you wouldn't be able to come in with them again the next day - same with internet shopping. So once they are used, and you had delivery - scrap them.
I don't think they mean they are trying to use the same code twice, just that they have used a code in the past without problem, and are seeking help as to what is going wrong this time.0 -
 I have just ordered a delivery from Tesco which is due tomorrow and forgotten to add the online codes and it won't allow me to amend them now. Is there any way I can have them added if I contact Tesco or is it too late for this week now?
Thanks for any advice.Failure is only someone elses judgement.
Without change there would be no butterflies.
If its important to you, you'll find a way - if not, you'll find an excuse ! ~ Easy to say when you take money out of the equation!

Just a suggestion, but why not ring them and ask?0 -
I'd definitely ring them on H.O. freephone 0800-505555.CAP[UK]for FREE EXPERT DEBT &BUDGET HELP:

But I still have the vouchers - what am I supposed to do with them ? Return them to the store service desk or post them to Tesco ? I bet some people who still have them will try and spend them again but this time on petrol or something in the shop - I am not sure what would stop them from doing that !!
Secondly and totally unrelated - what are issues with me adding my mothers non clubcard shopping receipts to my account at the service desk each week ? She only uses Tesco once a week sometimes less. She will not get a card as she does not like carrying any cards but often has quite a few points that could have been gained.
Thanks
Hello GarethHuddersfield -
[a] You can destroy your used vouchers when you receive your chosen Reward, as their 'used' status is in Mr T's system. Or[comme moi]just make a note on each with date/amount/usage]. You would find that the system does not allow you to enter a Used code twice - an 'already used' message pops up. This happened to me when I found some I'd lost and was unsure which had been used in whole or in part. I mark mine up, as sometimes there is a leftover amount still available for use. Amounts on vouchers won't always be exactly the amount you redeem. Any left over is returned the next quarter as points, so it's wise to try and have as little 'fallow' as poss. e.g. Don't use a £30+ voucher to redeem a £2.50 Reward, or that £27.50 'change' won't be available until the next quarter is due.
Adding points from any 2 receipts, up to a fortnight old, at a time, is fine - that's per store visit, not per week.
Good luck.CAP[UK]for FREE EXPERT DEBT &BUDGET HELP:
