The booklet and extra vouchers which came with my Clubcard vouchers have been ruined - my daughter spilt a cup of coffee over them and didn't separate them or try and dry them , and they are totally stuck together and just rip if I try to separate them - and I was wondering if Teco would issue replacements?

I've read on here that they will reissue the actual Clubcard vouchers, but wasn't sure what there policy was on the other ones

Hi,

I am new to Tesco clubcard really and got my first points voucher and coupons.

The points voucher works fine and has come off the total bill for my online shop. However, the "Here are your Clubcard coupons", not a single one of them works, they are all for 25 extra points on certain products but it appears even though I have 'applicable products' none of them work, like I have say £2-3 of 'ready meals' and the voucher says spend £1.50 of more on ready meals (chilled or frozen) and get 25 extra points.

I know its not a big deal but how come NONE of them work and they were sent directly to me? The expiry is not till the end of the month. :think:

As long as you can read the codes on them they can be used online,at direct ,shopping,or to order deals.

No, they are unable to reissue the promotional vouchers, only the Clubcard 'cash' vouchers.

There maybe a mismatch between the card no, name & address on-line, and the clubcard no name & address attached to the vouchers you've received. For example, the on-line account maybe in your partner's name (different surname)? Is the on-line a/c the same no as your card, if not check with clubcard that it is 'linked'?

Thanks both of you - most of them are totally stuck together and rip when I try and separate them, and can't be read, but I've got two which i can still just about read, so I guess I'll just have to make to do with those!

Well the card is only in my name, and I only have one account it seems. The card number matches that of the online account.

Plus the actual 'money' off voucher for my points collected worked, or does that work differently to the 'points bonus' codes?
