LOL, nice outcome - me, I got banned from CreditExpert and have to use Lee for everything. File notes say that any contact to go to Directors Office lol.... I SAR'd them and then tried to enforce removal of incorrect data with a threat of £5k per item (over 30 accounts) so Experian called my bluff.

I claimed just shy of £125k and then the next day all data was gone with a very stern letter to me cancelling membership with lifetime ban LOL!

My Credit Expert membership got cancelled until my records had been corrected as Credit Expert was adding to the problem. I've lived at 4 addresses....Experian had them down yes....4 addresses....hmmm 46 different versions of them! ARRRGGH!

It took them months to correct it, my addresses were being all jumbled up by their systems and they didn't know why....say address 1 street, address 3 post code together, which created a dodgy address link!!

anyway all sorted now! yours must have been in a bit of a mess?
