Have just been declined for the Tesco Credit Card, and want to appeal the decision.
Anyone have the address? Can't seem to find it on the Tesco Finance Website.
Any help is much appreciated.

There's no connection with Bank of Scotland
I have the Tesco card which is operated (though no longer owned) by the Royal Bank of Scotland.
Natti, If you want to lodge an appeal, I would contact Tesco Finance and enquire.
If you ring 0800 505 555, you'll avoid the perishing 0870/0845 numbersPeople who don't know their rights, don't actually have those rights.0 -

Tesco is not known to score particularly harshly.
For tips to improve your chances of credit card acceptance, have a look at the *Credit Rating: how it works and how to improve it guide* especially Martin's *Manage and Improve your credit score* article

Thanks, my credit report seems ok. (Experian score me as "low" though?? From 999 last summer, seems unrealistic to me!)
Think it maybe due to change of address (4x in one year) its the only really adverse thing on my report.
Have got 2 recently settled accounts which should show that I'm reliable.
Oh well... I'll appeal it.Credit Card 6.9% - £0/£2800

The Bank of Scotland and the Royal Bank of Scotland are two entirely separate banks.

These moves will temporarily disrupt your credit rating, as I think you realise.
Lenders like stability, so best practice is to apply for credit facilities, where possible, before you move/change jobs/change banks. Being with the same employer, bank and current address for a while, all help when applying for credit.
Are you on the electoral register at your new address? Lenders score us differently, but everyone's credit rating improves no end once registeredPeople who don't know their rights, don't actually have those rights.0 -
I appealed and was asked for 3 months of bank statements and 2 utility bills. Then I was asked for proof of all my income (I thought they could look at the bank statements but obviously not ) and then they asked for a copy of my credit report.
I gave up in the end.0
