An official MSE article now.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0 -
Well my case has been stuck off..
I have spoken to the court and am filing for it to be set aside. And will submit a much more in depth case.
Unfortunately - as with allot of bank charge cases.. They normally strike off things which have been claimed for using Money Claim Online.. As you've only got a small area in which you explain your claim, so they'll often strike it off if requested and make you submit an N244 form and have a sit down with a judge.
On the plus side - If you do this and the judge agrees to let the case go forward.. The defendant normally backs down. Is with the case with most of the banks, as it basically says.. “Yerps, this person has a case”.
Plus thanks to more research and people on here, i’ve got allot more evidence in my favour than i thought i would.
Court has said that once i submit the N244 this week it'll be no more than 6 weeks before i have a sit down with a judge. Probabley allot earlier, but gave me worst case scenario on waiting.. I'll let ya know..0 -

that is why I have not cancel my t-mobile at the end cause all the money / time is being spent due to wife father in hospital. At the end of the day health of a person is more important than money.0

I received a cheque from T-mobile for £430 today together with my PAC. I'll try to upload the relevant bits of my witness statement tomorrow. My arguments, and awareness of the incoherent arguments likely to be put forward by T-mobile will, I hope, help some of you. The process took six months. Most of that time was waiting for the wheels of justice.0
