He is just getting it off on some free !!!!!! (probably showing it to all his mates)and has no intention of ever having a relationship with her and is probably married.

Why she wants to meet up with such a banker I have no idea. As well as all the above he may have terrible BO and/or bad breath.
Tell her (ONCE), quite firmly, your suspicions and then tell her you will always be there for her.

If she does actually get to meet him, try to get her to make it somewhere public and that you know where it is.

Then hope she sees sense before she actually does so.

Also, offer to babysit whilst she takes part in something that interests her, like an evening class or swimming lessons or whatever. She's far more likely to meet someone with similar interests to herself there. Then at least she can have some friends, even if she doesn't find love.
