    Notifiable organisations can obtain information from personal data under the following criteria
    • In the interests of national security;
    • For the purpose of preventing or detecting crime or of preventing disorder
    • The interests of the economic well-being of the United Kingdom
    • In the interests of public safety
    • For the purpose of protecting public health
    • For the purpose of assessing or collecting any tax, duty, levy or other imposition, contribution or charge payable to a government department
    • Or just because the Secretary of State wants to.

    Note - these are the criteria. If your actual reasons differ from the above, just put one of the above in - no one checks to any significant degree.

    HMRC can ask for information but they have to justify it as relevant to their enquiries - they don't have automatic access anjd they can't look without your knowledge.

    Had Tadpoles again today and he's getting much happier. 30mins is a little too long for his attention span and stamina though so he got a bit tearful in the las 10 minutes. Had to shift from Wed to today because it will clash with baby massage otherwise. Not only does the little tyke have more and better clothes than me, he also has a fuller social calendar:rolleyes:
