thanks for the help guys, can only do entiteled to when the wife is home she knows what we get on benifits, it's just a waiting game now for both old and new banks to get confremation of what they have charged me in the six years i have been with them and the new one setting my account up and sending correct details out.

There is a lot you you can do waiting,
Make sure all payments to you are to be made to new account:D
Get all letters from creditors, so you know what you both are dealing with :rolleyes:
Take the dogs for a walk:rotfl:
or go to the daily chat:T

I think a DRO might be on the cards,

Dont the entiteledto link and dont say anything to the council but it does say that we should be on less than we are getting, monkey is going to pop up during the week to sit in the sun and drink some of my beer (cheeky !!!!!!).
Anyway going to phone cccs either today or tomorrow and see if they can help, thank you all once again for your help and support i will keep in touch and keep you all informed.
