Try copying the file to your Desktop and then deleting it from it's present position.
It's someone to do with DirectX Video Acceleration.
If something doesn't work after doing so, you can always replace the file or find a suitable replacement.
This message appears on anything I click on. When PC is switched on before I am able to type password, message appears. Not quite sure what you are meaning

ARGGHHH this just gets even more mind boggling!
I am set up as Administrator have been since I bought the blooming thing! Went into the command prompt and received yet another error message:
You must be an administrator running a console session in order to use the sfc utility

look at the picture in my last post , you need to right click when Command Prompt is highlighted and choose "Run as administrator"Ex forum ambassador
