Can i unlock a 3 dongle to always let me online even after my month of pay and go is up? I don't know what i am doing with rapidshare and would go in a shop and pay for it if it was possible, i would like to buy 7GB of data but don't want it cut off in a month.

Dongle's aren't 'cut off'. It's the SIM that dictates your ability to connect. Unlocking is only used if you want to use the SIM card of another network in the 3 USB modem.
If you only intend to use 3 for Internet usage, you can continue to use the appropriate '3' SIM.
