I'm back!
Typing 1-handed while little prince feeds.
I had Alexander Harrison (Alex), 7lb 13oz at 17.40 on Monday by emergency c-section. Unfortunately I lost a lot of blood (3ltr, they worry about 1.5ltr:eek:) and had to go back into surgery under general. The blood was from the c-section cut so they sorted it quickly but I had 14hrs in recovery and came home yesterday after crying at the registrar!
Will keep it short for now and try to post pics soon. No chance of catching up though!0 -
Congratulations, Lu!!

I've just received a tub of vanish to test - bet it doesn't get baby food out in the first wash!
Ooh - and i've got to post my first RM letter this afternoon - although apart from it telling me where and when to send it, there wasn't any guildlines - have I missed something?
Ah, yes, but this is a new kind!. I'm going to give it a whirl when the rain stops .
The RM email accepting me said I would also receive some stamps and guidelines in my post pack so I emailed them to say I only received the envelopes. They replied to apologise and I received them today.

Thanks elle_gee, OH is at interview now and we are back home from nursery and typically LO seems fine now.
Asda offer was 4 packs for £1.60 something I think, will have a look later....
I hate clothes shopping too and especially sale time....
CONGRATS Lu T on Alexander's arrival.

Congrats LuT :T:T:T Cant wait to see the pics. Remember to take it easy!!!
Im having a very relaxing and super quiet day today. DH has gone to work and MIL has the kids apart from Cliodhna.
The house is so quiet, its great :T:T:T
I over did it yesterday and went shopping in Tesco with my mum. I ended up in agony and had dissy spells just from walking round the aisles and standing at the checkout, I forget sometimes I have a womb and bladder infection and because I have been sitting relaxing at home all day every day I usually feel fine.

I'm off to my mum's for a shower (no grout in our tiles until Sunday when my [STRIKE]tiler[/STRIKE] Dad comes back to finish it) then to Argos once I'm fit for human viewing.
Going to download all the pics I've taken recently of Rhys from Mum's camera so will upload them to Facebook later0 -

Congratulations Lu!
I bought something in Next for Caitlyn a couple of weeks ago and that's the first time I've ever bought anything in there! We only went because we had a giftcard I just can't justify the prices... I do like when Aimee gets given Next stuff though...
Have the In Laws coming shortly... Just about managed to get the lounge straight and get some scouse on the go... Caitlyn finally decided she'd like a nap... And I just realised she's still in her nightwear... At what point to you give up trying to get day clothes on and just re-dress them for another night?A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.
