The UW cashback card seems to be the only cashback card that gives you such a generous %tage no matter how you get it back . I've heard talk of the Amex credit card but this gives pathetic cashback in comparison (plus it's a CREDIT card and therefore easy to spend more than you can repay each month). Granted the Amex doesn't limit you to the retail outlests the UW card does but the %tage cashback is so c.rap it's hardly worth it. AFAICT you only need to take one service from UW to qualify for the cashback? With the phone line rental at £9.90 (plus £1.73 club fee) it's entirely possible you could get that for nowt (by spending just £265 on the card per month). And with the £21.72 (including the £1.73 club fee) phone line/up to 24mb BB and free weekend calls to 01, 02, 03, 0845/0870 and those 10 international destinations (not forgetting 24/7 free calls to any other UW line rental subscriber) it's entirely possible to get all this for nowt also (by spending around £460 on the cashback card per month).

The fact that it is possible to deep link the videos, bypassing the log in is an oversight which I'm sure will be corrected.

Are you ashamed of the videos getting public airings?

The uw training videos are available for us all to gain an insight into their methods all over the net.

    Youtube has lots:

Here's one where the rep suggests to the gullible prospects that they are going to save around £500, and asks "would that be of use to you?". Nowhere does he find out how much they are currently paying or what tariff they are on. All he does is emphasise "cheapest"

Short memory? If you recall I was explaining that the contents of networkerplus are not necessarily officially approved by UW, as the site has a password for entry.

Of course, this selective quoting is fairly typical of you, yet you accuse others of cynicism and intent to mislead.

As the password requested is the name of the ceo of the UW, it would seem to have their approval all right!

And as I posted the uw videos aren't just hosted on one site, they are all over the net on youtube!

 I've been known to use BarackObama as a password in the past but I'm pretty sure he hasn't heard of me, let alone given me his approval. :p

So if i ask Jez to change the password to Quentin I can state here and elsewhere that you appear to approve of networker plus and all of it's contents?

Or I can create a site stating in large bold letters "UW are absolutley the best supplier of gas, electric, phone, internet and mobile in the world ever"
All I have to do then is password protect the site with the password Quentin and that would then become your official opinion?

You do talk a lot of crap at times.
And as I posted the uw videos aren't just hosted on one site, they are all over the net on youtube!

so? That doesn't really change the fact that the comment on networker plus describing one persons opinion of the videos is not officially endorsed by UW. how is this relevent?

The video showing how to take advantage of your friends by asking them for their help over a problem at work (when the intention is to sign the friend up for multiple utilities) is presented by a director of the uw.

    http://www.networkerplus.co.uk/videos/practice-appointment-shannon-griffin.html

So it is clearly approved by the uw, (and your uw colleague has confirmed they videos are approved by uw) so all this about whether or not it is approved is just a red herring. (Even were it unapproved, it still shows the deceitful methods encouraged by a director of the UW!)

    Not at all.
There are a large number of things that you are not at all aware of. I suspect that it is because you have selective vision or choose to not know about them. I am certain that you do ignore things because I have put messages on the main Utility Warehouse thread and you choose not to answer them.

You accuse people of deceit yet use methods that are at least as bad in your posts. In fact you have lied about me. You claim to be just trying to show people the faults with Utility Warehouse yet ignore facts.

Utility Warehouse is a company that is in business. It has a business model that means it has no debt but rather has a cash surplus. It provides services that are not the cheapest for some sections of the market but are the cheapest for other customers who fit certain criteria. By using the pre payment card, I pay less for my utilities than with companies quoted to me as being the cheapest. Another forum member has put his requirements up and asked for somebody to find him a better deal than he can get with Utility warehouse. Nobody has managed it.

I am a Utility Warehouse Independent Distributor.

    Again, you are wrong.

The 'group director' statement on that page refers to the title she had presumably reached within the commission structure at that point.

Other titles within the structure include - Executive, Qualified Executive, Senior Executive, Executive director, Marketing director...

These titles are used internally to measure and recognise and Independent distributor's achievements. They should not be confused with an actual executive position or directorship within UW staff as this is simply not the case.

Before you start whinging that this is misleading... a reminder that networkerplus is aimed squarely at UW Distributors, all of whom should understand this.

So a uw "director" isn't really a director at all? And has no standing within the company?

    All very strange.

But uw is strange anyway. See this video of hundreds of the reps at a rally being taught how to manipulate the minds of any prospects who they manage to speak to about getting their expensive electricity from:
