Unlikely, I've (almost) put 3 through, and something's been different each time ... :rotfl:

How true, I am on number 4 and now have the joy of NHS bursaries as well. Oh joy, this year is the final application, I can merrily shred P60s, ignore pension contributions and throw caution to the wind for ever more. I shouldn't moan really, even though it is always a pain it has always been paid on time and in full so we have been lucky.

I have to confess I do have a cheat, I run the payroll and can always do myself another one :D I know you should keep them it is just the horror of getting everything together, one time it was previous years figures, then it was this years figures, then I find I have got everything together for this years application and they want last years figures as bursaries are different. Roll on graduation number 4, I remember how excited I was at the first one, the second was lovely, the third I kept thinking how much it all cost, hotel, meal, photos, tickets etc. And the trouble is if you did it for number one you have to do just as much for number four. I am proud really, they are worth it, honest.

Intercalated years are so straightforward to do on the Protocol system SFE use, I'm surprised they can !!!! it up.

Then why is it every time he phones to chase it up they say - about the 'repayment' - so he explains again and again -

Needs someone who knows what they're expecting to see, to look at the account to see what is not happening - and fix it ... :o

View correspondence has all the letters in it. Should be in there i believe.
Nope. There's a load of letters in there but none of them contains a statement with a breakdown of what I owe. The Student Loan Repayment site has a couple of statement letters on it (unlike the Student Finance website) but I can't view them. :(

Hi all, when I logged onto the slc to enter the parental support details for my son's second year I realised that I had entered the wrong details last year  I entered the 11/12 p60 instead of 10/11 which would have been lower. I phoned the helpline but I might as well have phoned my toddler for the help they were! They suggested that I should fill in the current income form for last year and they will reassess but the form doesn't seem to be at all relevant? Does this sound like the correct thing to do?

I also have another query, I'm not working now so I did the calculation to see if current income is 15% lower and it is, but only by £4. My question is if the current year income came in higher than I counted, will they go back to the 11/12 figure or will they just reassess on the actual current income?

    Thanks for reading

Hello. Similar query to the one above....

My husband and I are supporting our daughter's application for her first year at uni starting September 13.

We made the initial application and entered our income for 11/12 as requested, despite knowing that our income has fallen by more than 15% since then.

I then sent the current year income forms for 13/14, and in the meantime have received forms from SFE asking for evidence of our 11/12 income. I know how long they take to process everything so I assume our letters crossed.

My question is should I go ahead and send the evidence for 11/12, or will it confuse the issue? Or should I wait till I get a response regarding the current year income assessment forms?

    Thank you.
