So this was a message (not an email) sent via ebay's internal messgaing system? If so, you need to tell them that - you may have confused them by referring to the message as an email, hence their request for the email headers.

    Update

Gave Victor his refund and cancelled the sale. Cant be bothered.

I did email him and ask him why he bothered to bid and pay for the item and then get so aggresive about it. (I've * out the swear words):D

    Heres his reply:-

    "Dear paulfoel,

You where obviously trying to sell a broken item to some unsuspecting mug. I merely made it clear to you that if the item did not work worked I would get my money back by any means necessary. Upon you realising this fact you pulled out of the sale because am sure you knew the item was broken beyond use. May I end this talk by saying F**K OFF and stop trying to rip people off. People like you f**k up ebay which I dont like because ebay needs honest people.

So, looks like Victor sees himself as an ebay superhero fighting the cause of the ebay consumer. Still unsure why I'm trying to rip people off when it was clearly stated in the title that the item was faulty.

p.s. Its only the charger slot that needs repairing. Simple fix for someone handy at soldering - part is about £4 to buy. PDA cost me over £100 from new.

once you sell the pda and get +FB(hopefully) email him the link to the sale ;)

I wouldn't. He'll probably email the new buyer telling him that he has knowingly sold faulty goods etc, and refused to sell to him when he pulled him out for selling a faulty item. Generally, he'll just be a pain in the !!!!.

Well, the second chance offer has got a sale now. I've emailed the buyer to make absolutely sure they understand the condition of the PDA.

I've been amazed in the past when I've realised the buyer hasnt even read the description sometimes.

As for Victor, going to ignore him now and write him off as nutter !!!!

Exactly, so you can be banned for being any of these things. Crazy....
Yet when I had problems with someone selling me counterfiet goods they didnt wanna know and did nothing to investigate or back me up.
