victorikeazor is now on my list of blocked buyers."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0

you clearly stated no returns.
my initial response to him would of mentioned this and i would of ignored all further correspondance.
sold as seen!
It depends whether you want the hassle of dealing with a loon that thinks you owe him money just for the sake of some relisting fees.0 -

Now you see the problem - buyers are told 5 is perfect, and that 4 is good, yet eBay think any lower than 4.4 is bad - and as they only give FVF discounts to very high DSR scores you can see how this is to their advantage.
I quite agree. The worst mistke any one can make is to think that ebay are logical..they aren't.
An overal 4* on any category would be a virtual permanent ban despite it being OK when buyers are shown what the stars mean.
It's the same on Amazon..too many 4* and you soon get a polite little email saying you a poor seller and need to reconsider your selling techniques.

Mistake? It's ingenious!
Make your sellers work their balls of for the right to use your site - and offer them discounts if they do the impossible, while tricking the buyers into sealing the sellers demise.
It's not crazy - it's eBay!Nothing I say represents any past, present or future employer.0 -
If this is the case, ebay don't advertise it on their help pages.
Four stars means "accurate" "satisfied" "quickly" and "reasonable" so I don't see how they can say 4 stars is bad. (I have 4.9s for all my ratings so I'm not really bothered).
Exactly, so you can be banned for being any of these things. Crazy....0 -

If they're going to ban people for getting 4s then they need to change the descritpion of what a 4 is.0 -
Update
Gave Victor his refund and cancelled the sale. Cant be bothered.
I did email him and ask him why he bothered to bid and pay for the item and then get so aggresive about it. (I've * out the swear words):D
Heres his reply:-
"Dear paulfoel,
You where obviously trying to sell a broken item to some unsuspecting mug. I merely made it clear to you that if the item did not work worked I would get my money back by any means necessary. Upon you realising this fact you pulled out of the sale because am sure you knew the item was broken beyond use. May I end this talk by saying F**K OFF and stop trying to rip people off. People like you f**k up ebay which I dont like because ebay needs honest people.
- victorikeazor"
So, looks like Victor sees himself as an ebay superhero fighting the cause of the ebay consumer. Still unsure why I'm trying to rip people off when it was clearly stated in the title that the item was faulty.
p.s. Its only the charger slot that needs repairing. Simple fix for someone handy at soldering - part is about £4 to buy. PDA cost me over £100 from new.0
