feel much better and the weightloss is a god send as my own scales (which are bieng thrown out) said a five pound gain :( think they are knackered? LOL

I fancy some new scales, digi ones that show points of pounds, sometimes it only takes half a lb to break a target, and I get fed up of trying read my wobbly ones. (if I lean back I can lose about 3lbs)

Scales are a good idea as long as you dont scale hop ;) because my weight fluctuates so much i get depressed and likely to quit if i see a gain (even if its a false one IYSWIM)

I try to stick to only going on twice a week.
First thing in the morning, before I eat/drink anything, and if I'm really lucky manage a good poo!!!

My weight fluctuates a lot too. But is always at its lowest first thing - but you are right about jumping on and it going up. I went on at night one night because I was feeling thinner and was really fed up when it was about 5 lbs higher.
Stick to mornings now. But still fancy some digi ones.
Problem is with scales you tend to get what you pay for, and I havent really got any money to spare for extravagances like that at the mo!
Have to stick to my wobbly ones!

I said something rather rude about the taste of the (warm, salty, lumpy) porridge. :o

So will you stick around Spud?, I will still love to hear how you are getting on with your healthy eating program and we will all spur you on.

I'd love to stick around if none of you mind.

You'll all be able to make sure I carry on eating healthily and not go back to my old ways ;)
Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches
