I have emailed both councellors in my area, it has to be worth a go?? I know someone who has lost 3 stone in 4 months on a similar diet.0

I have made a decision Alpha.
I have 3 weeks supply of CD, so I'm doing 100% ish for the next 2 weeks, then adding a meal for a week, then going to eat normally (but healthily) and continue with the exercise
Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

Jen, I can honestly say, hand on heart, I've enjoyed the soups and shakes. I wasnt allowed the bars as I have a nut allergy and the porridge is minging.
Other people love the porridge, it's all personal taste. Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:
