I have made a decision Alpha.

I have 3 weeks supply of CD, so I'm doing 100% ish for the next 2 weeks, then adding a meal for a week, then going to eat normally (but healthily) and continue with the exercise ;)

Thanks Goldie. I can always go back to it if I feel I need to, to a different CDC ;)

Jen if we hated the products there is no way any of us could do this diet.

You will have to eperiment to see which you like though. I only ever have hot choc mint drinks and toffee bars. thats it. thats all i like

Jen, I can honestly say, hand on heart, I've enjoyed the soups and shakes. I wasnt allowed the bars as I have a nut allergy and the porridge is minging.

Other people love the porridge, it's all personal taste.
