    I want to be. i want to loose the weight. but if i have to do it slowly then thats what i have to do.

    I have emailed both councellors in my area, it has to be worth a go?? I know someone who has lost 3 stone in 4 months on a similar diet.

    I have made a decision Alpha.

    I have 3 weeks supply of CD, so I'm doing 100% ish for the next 2 weeks, then adding a meal for a week, then going to eat normally (but healthily) and continue with the exercise ;)
    Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:

    Jen in four months on CD following it properly you should be loseing a stone a month.

    Can any of you say you enjoy the bars and shakes? I dont think I could stomach the soups!

    Jen if we hated the products there is no way any of us could do this diet.

    You will have to eperiment to see which you like though. I only ever have hot choc mint drinks and toffee bars. thats it. thats all i like

    Jen, I can honestly say, hand on heart, I've enjoyed the soups and shakes. I wasnt allowed the bars as I have a nut allergy and the porridge is minging.

    Other people love the porridge, it's all personal taste.
