I gave up on pigsback a while ago after not receiving point for various transactions.

Can I suggest something though, if you are going to close your accounts and have more than 500 pp, donate them to a charity instead of allowing them to go to waste, thats if they do donate them

Hadn't thought of that - lovely idea - assuming the charity cheque doesnt "get lost in the post" too - unfortunately i used my points on the vouchers so now only have their paltry "good"will gesture of 100 points

Having had two lots of rewards come through without a stamp / franking on the envelope I wouldn't trust the "profeshunals" at pigsback to post the letters into postbox and not a bin.

Hope you get it sorted. I'm waiting on a particular voucher and have not / will not bother with them again - too much hassle for too little reward.

ok - update - was phoned by the "Technology & Operations Director" , very appologetic ,openly admitted the way i'd been treated was disgraceful, says he has total trust in his staff but has promised to look itno preventing this sort of issue in the future. There are no boots vouchers in stock , but my points HAVE been refunded - so i guess thats a step in the right direction - ay least on the face of it - time will tell i guess!

i think its a case of you have to vote with your feet

i know in the instance of i had cases of where vouchers went missing in the post from consumer pulse and lightspeed ( think there are theiveing postmen somewhere) - i rang up and they sent out replacements immediately.

also just write negative rep[orts about swineback on every forum board that you can find !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Further to the update on my missing points - have logged in today and have had 1000 added compensation too! i Guess they did take note of what i said about feeling let down - doesn't make it right that it happened in the first place but certainly encouraging that they are taking notice of members again!
  • My congratulations too, great to see pigsback doing the right thing.....so sorry to mention this but Boots vouchers have been out of stock for 3 weeks as far as i know (checked when i wanted amazon ones)...but they are due in within the week ...cough

I agree with all of this, I used to do really well out of PB and used to chase for missing points, but it got to the stage where I was having to chase for all my points because none of them would be credited and they stopped doing the daily clicks and I was using quidco for cashback. I actually called them one time as I was getting so frustrated and the people at the end of the emails didn't seem to want to understand what you were talking about! So, I gave up because it wasn't worth the effort it took to chase the points, I've still got about 590 in my account but I'll never get up to 1150 in a million years now! So I agree, a mass boycott of PB is a brilliant idea...
:D**Thanks to everyone on here for hints, tips and advice!**:D
