Recorded doesn't insure you for cash. Pretty sure vouchers aren't covered, either?

I've just had to fight with Pigsback to get some promised points added. Taken 5 months to sort out. Tried to redeem my points for vouchers and then close my account with them and half of the vouchers are out of stock. Hmmmm.

For me its day 15 (in my best Big Brother accent) in my quest for £50 worth of Amazon e-vouchers....still out of stock, but coming in this week ...sigh. I'm still trying upto a dozen times a day just incase i miss that small window when they might just be in stock.....smacks head into table!

Still no response from the porkers - you'd think with all the evidence pointing towards them being crooks they'sd want to try and defend theselves - just shows either the contempt they have for their members, or that its as i suspect they can't defend the indefensible - either way their ignorance is annoying me now so rest assured i shall continue to push for the vouchers i "paid" for and they failed to send . Am awaiting a call from trading standards as we speak!

Haven't bothered with Pigsback for months. They are really a poor site in terms of customer service and there are much better alternatives out there.

Hope you manage to get this resolved though.

I gave up on pigsback a while ago after not receiving point for various transactions.

Can I suggest something though, if you are going to close your accounts and have more than 500 pp, donate them to a charity instead of allowing them to go to waste, thats if they do donate them :rolleyes:
