Tribunal about my ESA

Gary, they must just have hated you, most people find the tribunal system fair.
Life seems to have hated you - given that all you ever seem to have experienced is hardship.
Nope - there is no conspiracy - it is purely the mind-set within the system - to reduce claimant numbers to reach targets.
Quote: 11. July 2006 - The government target of a one million reduction in the number of people on Incapacity Benefit (IB) within 10 years may be far too ambitious, according to an independent report.

BTW: Poor try

Agreed in my case they did. It was the monkeys in the office that screwed up my claim0

garry seems to think his experience forms the basis of the entire system. He has read it for himself here that the tribunals can be fair.
It would be alot easier if the DWP just got the decision right in the first placeYou can't beat an egg.........................NO WAIT!0 -

I have actually seen for myself that they are not - not fair and not independent.
The so-called medical tests are also not fair or objective - which is why they pass sick people as fit for work all the time.0 -

Yes Gary, you have posted that link before have you not, it doesnt prove anything.
What's wrong with helping people off benefits anyway?
You don't think the link proves that DWP and ATOS are being put under pressure to reach targets then - how niave.
There is helping people off benefits and pushing sick people off benefits - guess which one they shouldn't be doing.0 -
