Q - I would love a star for today, but I did the bathroom yesterday I might muck out DD's room but I think that she is old enough to do it herself. Will go and have a quick tidy up.

Just popping in quickly to say hi. I get the keys to my new house tomorrow:j So I is very excited. Still got loads to get to go in it. But how's this for kitting out a house MSE style.........
I've managed to get a 2 and 3 seater leather sofas for free. A dining table and 4 chairs for free. Brand new double mattress for free. Single pine bed and mattress for £25. Washing machine on ebay for £10. Fridge for £20 and then someone else comes up with a fridge freezer for me for nothing.:rolleyes: Still I have it as a back up I suppose or I could use it as a party drinks fridge:p;):D And, the girls at work have given me some crockery and cups etc.

So we have something to eat off, somewhere to sit and somewhere to sleep:j I've told DD it'll be like we're camping for a few days which appears to have gone down very well.;)

OMG I would be mortified if anybody came calling just now - I still havent got things straigthened after the decorating in the kitchen! But I am taking my own advice and doing BABYSTEPS and dot2dot* and I will get back on track as I get more able.
I have made a list of what needs doing in the kitchen to put it back properly and it may take me all week but I will get there!

I have been shredding - its paper bin tomorrow so I am trying to declutter as much paper as I can - I like it to go out full!:rolleyes:

Mudbath - i know a full grown dalmation is quite heavy, but have you tried shaking stripes to see if she jingles

What is it with some people - and jumping on the bandwagon having a sodding go at people and you are only armed with half of the facts!?!?!?!?

I ASKED FOR THE LIST! Thats why its come up - I asked for it!!! Only me - I wanted to do something nice for some of the flyladies who are particularly poorly etc at the minute.....which in my absolute stupidity included you Pigpen!

I also wanted Greenbees details as she was kind enough to send me some garden lights and I wanted to send her a thank you.

Greenbee wasnt on the list which is how I know people were missing. No one was forced to send me their information, and yes being aware of the rules now, its a conversation that could easily happen on Facebook so thanks for that Pen.ny

As for you Pigpen - I hope both your health and mood seriously improve. I havent sent out anyones details to anyone else - but just you lash out with that silvery tongue of yours.

Dont worry - I wont bother sending you your package - after i have removed you from having jumped so far down my throat with no justification whatsoever, I shall also remove you from my xmas card list and would appreciate you removing me from your flylady list in return.

Im not being spoken to like that from you or anyone else.

To the rest of you - it was really lovely to have 'met' all of you and was really glad to be part of this lovely thread for a short time. xx

I'm thoroughly enjoying the challenge of getting as much as I can on a shoe string. Plus I've been extremely lucky that people have been so generous too!!!I've booked next week off of work to start the decorating etc and I'm really looking forward to it all:D

I've missed why your not on top form Toots. Hope your feeling better soon. You take care of yourself. I'm missing you as my HHC buddy to!!
