Congratulations to your DP, lil_me :T

I've given the floor it's first coat and it's looking good, it's ready to re-coat 4-6 hrs so may do the other one later then it's done with! THEN we went to the new Asda, it's bigger than the old one and will take some getting used to, but I still spent £16 on nothing so some things haven't changed lol Got quite annoyed with the lass in front of me, massive queue at the ciggie counter and there she is with a basket full of food, she only had 30 other tills to choose from.....fair got my goat up  I did mutter something, hope she heard :D

Gonna start the list now....after a brew, of course ;)

Tuesday - kitchen and dining mess
    Level One

    Clear and wipe work surfaces
    Wipe and replace small appliances
    Level Two

Wipe the front of the units, kickboards and the large appliances
    Sweep and mop the floor
    Level Three
Wipe dining table and replace cloth if needed
    Clean out the fridge
    De-web and fluff the room

    Extras

Oh dear I got distracted by Wii Fit - not been on it for 145 (it told me so) but hope to start doing it every day. Bad news - I've gained 6lb in that time but then I did guess that.

    Time for the school run!

I keep thinking about buying a wiifit, but have yet to justify such an extravegant spend! (its not my birthday for ages!).....

Anyway, I need to ask a question and hopefully one of you ladies (or gents!) can help me.

How the hell do you make popcorn at home? Ive tried to search and I can find lots of threads telling me what flavours are good etc, but cant find one which tells an idiot how to pop it!!!!!

I just bought a bag of kernels, (no fancy box with all the instructions!) so am not really sure what to do with them......and an idiot-proof set of instructions would be most helpful!

Im too scared to post a thread, cos someone comes and along and lists 50 other threads you could have looked at that didnt come up on the search and makes me feel like a right Div!! I know its helpful, but always makes me feel a bit foolish cos I didnt find it!:rotfl:
:)Sometimes lurking, sometimes posting, but always flying:)

Put a bit of oil at the bottom of a pan and put a single layer of kernels at the bottom of the pan at the most...remember they'll expand. Put the heat on then PUT THE LID ON and wait for the pops. When the popping stops its ready. Stir in some golden syrup and eat copius amounts. HTH
