SSL, 13 doors! What! Do you live in a mansion!!!

Lol, no a strangely designed old fashioned bungalow, so all the doors are off the hall. 4 doors are cupboards, 2 doors shut off the bedroom area (I've never seen that in anyone else's house), 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 front door, 1 back door. I also have patio doors off the kitchen. It's a lot of blooming doors! :D

    Evening All

Well I didn't get in from work until 6.15 as I was preparing the staff meeting that me and my friend are running on Thursday (she was with me). I would have been home about 15 mins earlier but the caretaker had locked all the classsrooms and my coat with my car keys was in one of them. He'd asked how much longer we were going to be and we'd said 10 mins and he said we were okay for 20 so we agreed. So off he went to lock up the top end of the school, my mate went to fetch her bag before he locked those doors and we carried on. When we'd finished, he'd also locked the bottom end of the school so after searching the grounds for him I was just about to phone the Deputy Head to ask for his number as I couldn't find his number anywhere at work when he turned up. He'd been home while he waited for us!

Tomorrow I've got to go to the hospital as I rung DS's specialist nurse today to ask whether I needed any documentation for his tablets as we're going to Ibiza on Saturday. The paperwork in his tablets boc say he should be carrying a steroid card and his dose has to be upped if he's ill and he can't have a general anaesthetic without having a top up injection first. Anyway, I've got to go to the hospital and get everything sorted with her tomorrow and I've also got to ring the travel insurance people up as when I booked the travel insurance he hadn't been diagnosed so I need it putting on.

Sorry about that - it was very long winded.

Mozzy - Good news on the house - a busy time for you now then.

    Triker - hugs - that's not good.

Miss A - can you add my name to the card please.

Lady L - sorry your results weren't what we were all hoping for - thinking about you.

Toots - hope you're on the road to recovery - hugs.

Pigpen - how many packets of strepsils have you got through today?

Hugs to everyone else - I've sort of forgot now - there were a lot of pages to catch up on.

No flying done..........but lots of discussion with the hospital......looks like I will be taking the chemo route, but they have to liase with another consultant first......so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that there is an alternative.

    Love to All
