    Bunny have you tried googling your area and run club. I bet you'll find a few. I just found a couple but I dont know where you are or how far they are from you :confused:

    Ok there is the Garstang running club http://www.garstangrc.co.uk/ or the womens running network goes from Leyland http://womensrunningnetwork.co.uk/northwest/leyland.htm
