Spud 1hr 45mins is only 30 minutes slower than my very fastest running time - and I've only ever managed that once, usually I'm MUCH slower!
And I wont be able to walk afterwards either so dunna worry!
I'm thinking I should slow it down to just under 2 hours
Still trying to decide what 6 letters to have on me shirt - need to get on and order it. I was gonna be brave and have my real name, but it stands for summink in the running world nowadays doesnt it
