    hello all.

    done my washing and put it in the tumble drier - maaaaaaaaan a lot of fluff/dust came off it - dang cats!

    2x ikea bedside cabinets to build now :S ooh er.

    well the 3lbs I lost last week has turned into 1lb, why I got on the scales today I'll never know but I'm 2lbs up :( stupid diets do my head in.

    did you get any sleep last night doom?

    And you lot are lightweights, I can do 10k in 10 mins... unless the traffic is awful:rotfl:

    yeah toto - the fuzz came about an hour after they quietened down (about an hour after i called) so hopefully they woke them up.

    hey, who knows, maybe tomorrow will be my first morning run (before everyone wakes up)

    hopefully OH be home soon too :)

    and i managed to get a cleaner - my wee cousin is lookin for work for the next few months (exams and holidays from school) so she's offered to help out (woot woot)

    right, goin back to mines will be there soon! (so excuse delays)

    Not everyone Bun...im expanding at an alarming rate having not done any serious running (40+) miles down to less than 10 miles over the last 3 weeks :eek:)

    Have you tried the Women running Network to see if there are any groups near you Bun?? They take all abilities from the beginner to those attempting further distances
