My router says my line can achieve 448 / 8,128 (Up/Down).
BT speedtester also says this
You are obviously very close to your exchange but that is your sync speed and a line syncing at 8128 kbps could expect to see a maximum throughput speed of around 7.1Mb (approx 13% for overheads). Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0 -

I have checked samknows to see if my exchange has an LLU supplier, it says that o2 and Be, are LLU. When I go onto the o2 site and check to see if I can get the cheap broadband package Computer says NO. not in my area. so I suppose unless i call o2 I wont know for sure.0

Yes, I would check with O2 in case there is a discrepancy in the two databases.
You need to check both by phone number (not postcode) to get a valid comparison-the postcode is less accurate. No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -

Suggest you call O2 with that info and see what they have to say. You can get O2 broadband in your area, but it will be O2 Access, not O2 LLU. The former isn't worth it, as it's just the BT Wholesale product. No free lunch, and no free laptop0
