Have flown twice now in Business Class and it's brilliant. From the time you reach the airport to the time you get off the plane. Never paid in full though, 1st time used my BA AMEX voucher for it and the second used points to upgrade and this is what I will be doing next time aswell, unless I can get enough points shopping at Tesco's and then get 2 free seats.

If you look at the feedback, most are low-feedback users...may or may not be legitimate (or - and I do not mean any offense by this - may not be particularly seasoned internet users)...several people mention that the info wasn't much more than they already knew...and many, many bits of feedback are pretty generic - mentioning that they received the item quickly and nothing more - nothing about the information itself...read the negative and neutral comments.

It sounds to me from the feedback I've read that it's mostly a compilation of other websites which you could of course find for free. Whether it's worth having the information compiled for you initially or not is up to you...it seems there are a number of 'former airline employees' out there offering the same or similar at various sites for various amounts.
