I cringed when you mentioned crunchie because i need a filling and anytime i eat most things cholcately but particularly a crunchoe it hurts like hell!

I'm at the dentist in a few weeks and am dreading it since i had my first ever filling when i was pregnant with DS - although it was a tiny composite filling on the back of my front tooth and i fear this filling i need is quite a big hole in my back tooth so not fancying that without anaesthetic.

(pardon my spelling i think this teeny glass of wine has gone straight to my head lol).

beanie - I thought they can still use local - they use it when ur in labour so can't be bad surely??
oh and to register just phone/go in and ask if they have any NHS places, if they do they'll just take ur details n make u an app :D
