    candice i plan to bake while on ML ... well i say plan doesnt mean to say it'll go that way but i know OH is wanting quiche and my carrot cake (been bugging for ages about it) so it'll push me to do it x

    Yay thanks skintchick that would be so kind.

    Had a stressful day and am currently arguing with myself whether to have a glass of the Rose i was given for my birthday. Fortunately i can trust myself to just have a small glass and stop it there, as i'm not a drinker, but that doesn't stop me thinking i'm a bad person for wanting it :D

    I'm usually a baking cheat and use Betty Crocker mixes :D I've made her devils food cake (heaven!!!) and the chocolate marble cake (also heaven!!). I did food tech at school and used to be good at baking, knowing the measurements etc but it's all left my brain now :o

    I'm not a drinker either, but have had the odd glass through pregnancy. Probably no more than 6 in total all the way through. Such a light-weight though that 1 glass makes me light-headed! :o

    beenie i rarely use measurements i guestimate usually works well and always works on my carrot cake i love OH face when i make it as im barely able to get it out the oven before hes trying to eat it x

    funny thing i can never get my fairy cakes/muffins to raise ... my cakes yes but my little ones nope :confused::confused::confused:x
