Scones are homemade, yup - by my Grandma yesterday

Picked the plain cream tiles for the kitchen today. Already chosen the mosaic for the border - the type you get a big sheet of and cut down to size. It's 2cm sq glass tiles in green (wall colour), cream (unit colour), purple/brown (worktop colour) and blue/black (slate floor colour). Trust me, will look fab We're having plain white tiles in the bathroom - just need to pick a border for a splash of colour. Hopefully doing that tomorrow if OH fancies going out - need to see which nurse we're leaving Rhys in the care of first!

Nothing to do with pregnancy at all, but I've ranted about it enough here that I'll take pics and put them on FB so you can all see the end result!

2 weeks already!! bless his little cotton socks i saw the pics hes adoreable makes me want mine even more midwife said hes ready just up to him when he decide to come ... ive never been a patient person :rotfl: x

Oh my goodness it's late! Just finished catching up. My mum will tell me off when I can't get up in the morning LOL. I'm at home visiting my sister and her 3 week old baby, he's gorgeous and moving his head about already! He keeps headbutting everyone! We're taking him for a walk tomorrow but in a forest so it wont be so hot.

Haven't been on here for a while because someone on here (sorry, can't remember who) posted about cross stitch for births and I've just spent the last week trying to get one done before I came up! Still not quite finished but just got the name to do, got until Tuesday.

Elle, just wanted to let you know that you are Rhys are in my thoughts - also, as a diy fan I would love to see your pictures.

Hello from Florida!!
I doubt anyones still up...even all the night owls will be tucked up asleep in bed! Not me cos it's only 9.30pm here. I was having MSE withdraw symtoms so thought Id pop on just to see how everyone is.
It's really hot here and Im struggling with it abit if Im honest,but Im being sensible and having lots to drink and plenty of sit downs while were out n about. I feel so fat and heavy though and Im suffering with prickly heat but can't take my usual antihistamines to stop it.
But I am enjoying myself despite this and have bought some wicked baby clothes for baby..he's gonna be the coolest baby in my town!!
