Can you not wear your nice new Isabella Oliver dress to this one? It looked to me like it could be dressed up enough for cocktail or down enough for day formal when I saw it on the website? It would seem a shame not to get maximum wear out of it, given it was a bit more than you planned on spending in the first place.

Nicki - if I remember correctly either Glam or her OH didn't like it so she sent it back.

MM - thanks for that, I figured if there was a problem one of them would have mentioned it but it was slightly worrying to see the packet say that I shouldn't be using it.

Sorry, Skintchick, getting to your post last! I wouldn't worry too much about running out of time for your brood to be honest. We had major fertility problems before we had number 1 who was assisted. Number 2 came along as a surprise very quickly, but it took a good 2 years to conceive number 3 again spontaneously, but we still managed to at the age of 40 for us both (having been told a few months previously that the only chance for number 3 would be IVF again).

My own view is that for a third child 40 isn't so very old these days. Though I obviously would say that... And for those who look askance at me and my age gaps, I always say that 3 children in 9 years is not that unusual :D

I've lost count of the number of women, who've looked at mine and said "Oh, I would have cried if mine had come out ginger!" (how rude is that!) but I was really proud of both of mine and thought they looked fab, and won't really know what to do if this one comes out another colour!

I think that's the point where I'd smile innocently and say, But you were fine with them coming out ugly?

    How unspeakably rude people are.

Like Harley said - we decided it wasn't worth the £95 as it didn't suit me so sent it back.

Redheads - OH always winds me up saying I'm 'ginger'. I just have brown hair with an auburn tint! I would never say that to someone thou!!

Tia - woohoo for new date. I would like to read your BS for DS2 especially if it will help you!

Bertie - :hello:I still bob back on the TTC even though I wasn't there long!
Glad you have decided to join us!

Right well, just earnt my 3rd star for Flylady thread and I've done most of tomorrow and Fridays list as well so a dancing banana in my first week :j

My house looks and smells so much nicer just from keeping on top of Housework every day. I've just cleaned all the upstairs windows (indoors), cleaned the bathroom AGAIN, gutted our bedroom so you can see the floor and I found the nozzle for my hairdryer which has been MIA for 6 weeks . Sorted stuff for eBay and car boot. Decluttered my landing.

Just waiting for OH to come home so I can put tea on - god, hadn't realised it was 7pm.

Happy Birthday Mrs Moc! Hope you had a nice day with your visitors. x

Congrats to Krystal - Caitlyn is lovely.

    Welcome Bertie1984!

I am 32 years old and will be 33 when first baby is born. There don't seem to be many people in their 30s on here which I am surprised about!

Glam - in the past week, baby has gone completely mental and is kicking all the time! The novelty is starting to wear off a bit now ha ha. OH felt it kick last week for the first time, and has witnessed by tummy jumping several times, so I am sure your OH will see it soon. It is great when they can share the experience! Also, I am selling my Take That standing ticket too!!!

Had another stressful, busy day at work. I am so busy, that I haven't had time to send my MATB1 form off to HR yet. Hubby has put in his paternity leave request, but I haven't even put in for mat leave!

Been painting the skirting boards in kitchen and bathroom as we are getting new flooring at the weekend. Going to watch the football with a take away as I can't be bothered cooking and have done enough work for one day.
