awww Mrs.Moc, sorry to hear your still in but you are in the best place. And 31 weeks is better than 26 (I remember thats when you were admitted at first?). You will get steroid injections that will help babies lungs develop so the early birth is not so bad.
Will be sending you some *hold on placenta* vibes and your DH some *just say no* vibes.0 -
aw MrsM, sorry your back in hospital, but I think you are in the right place.
((hugs))
Baby is viable and you should be fine as you will be constantly monitored when there.

aww Mrs Moc
sorry your back in but in the best possbile place.
lets hope OH is better this time and with everyone checking up on him he will behave.'Children are not things to be moulded, but are people to be unfolded'0 -
Always - we were given a 1:12 risk for down syndome with this baby, just based on bloodwork. The nuchal fold measurement (which wasn't included in the figures) was good for the 12wk scan. We have had 4 miscarriages and were not prepared to take any risk at all with (what we considered) unnecessary invasive tests. We had already decided that a down syndrome diagnosis would not be something that would make us want to terminate the pregnancy. So we chose to skip the CVS and the amnio, and we waited until the 20wk scan to see if they could find any soft markers. They found none, and we breathed a little easier. We know that there is still that possibility, but we're hoping that that the lack of soft markers and good nuchal measurements on both scans is a good indicator. I don't really know if our experience helps you much, but there it is.
MrsM - sorry to hear you're back in hospital. Best wishes to you and your family for an uneventful stay in hospital and healthy vibes to your little one!MSE mum of DS(7), and DS(4) (and 2 adult DCs as well!)DFW Long haul supporters No 210:snow_grin Christmas 2013 is coming soon!!! :xmastree:0 -
Thanks.
I got the steroid injections at 24 weeks, when I was first admitted. I know im lucky to have got to 31 weeks and each day now is a blessing.
Baby was weighing in at 4lb today, everything with her is healthy, but they have said a massive bleed in on the cards and it will be life threatening. I've really no choice but to stay here and after all the things they said to me today Im happy to stay here.
I do believe DH will behave this time, 3rd time lucky maybe, but he knows everyone is watching and will take the kids to my mums, so it really is his last chance to prove himself.0 -
Mrs M, sounds as if you better stay put and at least it should be easier knowing everyone is checking on your dh and he knows they will so im sure he will stay on the wagon this time.
