    AArrrggghhhh ive woke up this morning with cystitus i knew i would bloody get it at least i hope thats all it is. Going to see the midwife in an hr hopefully they can give me something for it as ive been told i cant use the over counter stuff due to salt content :-( x

    XL when ive had it in the past, i find drinking lots of water helps

    Im drinking water by the gallon it is helping and i am going to tesco to stock up on cranberry juice after my appointment i get it at least twice a year so i was expecting it really was just hopeing i might get away with it ;-)

    my house has 3 laptops it was 2 as this one stopped working so i bought a mini lappy for me and a new one for OH while on offer then this one started working out the blue :rolleyes: x
