Morning - i've been up all night because i have rotten cold and I can't even find the medication that we bought that's safe to use in pregnancy, I haven't caught up yet, because I only came online to see if the hot lemon powders i found in the kitchen are safe, not sure if they are or not to be honest, there's too so much random info on the net.

Hope you're all tucked up warm in your beds snoring and irritating your OH's!

You may have gone but I reckon if it's just parecetamol in the orange thingys then thats allowed 'cos we allowed paracetomal.

Ive been awake since about 4:30, pain in lower back and sunburnt legs not helping so I got up about an hour ago.

No regular pains but def got some pains, MW due at some point this morning for a sweep and I was hoping to avoid that but at least some niggles might mean things are going in the right direction - at last! - Hope I didnt speak too soon!!

Morning candice! hope things are moving for you! i've finally given in and after reeading everything ever written online about meds in pregnancy have decided to have the hot lemon...am drinking it now and will try bed again after! fingers crossed!

ok so random q about sweeps, i understand they use their finger but how do they reach, i didn't think the cervix was that low? or do it get pushed lower in pregnancy?
