Thanks, I hate feeling like im always bringing doom and gloom to the thread.

I returned my Dad's phone call but it felt like an ordeal. I've said I will stay in touch but its unlikely I hardly know him and the conversation was stilted and awkward.

Sorry to hear your still in pain MM

I was worried Candice that other people may have been pretending it wasn't happening. Im such a control freak, I had to get back control and sort it all out. Kids will be staying with my mum when im back in.

I found out yesterday that my MIL told my 8 year old that the 14YO should never have phoned and told me about his drinking, what sort of messages is she giving her. I feel really cross about it. Apparently she called her a cheeky biatch.

Only she is an old woman I would be telling her what for, but if I mention it to her, she will cry and I have enough madness going on right now without her dramatics.

I would just explain to the 8YO that the 14YO did exactly the right thing and that you would rather nobody kept secrets from you... And Nana is an old bag ;)
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.
