Download speed 1896 kbps
Upload speed 208 kbps
Virgin media, south belfast
But it's variable and sometimes it goes much slower0 -
It's not all about the speed though, how much can you actually download in a month without getting foul of their terms and conditions?
I usually use about 300GB traffic a month.0 -

I'm 917m from the Larne exchange and on Orange too. My speed is 1808 download and 177 upload. Line capable of 5meg.0 -
I was thinking of changing to Sky also, did you have to pay installation / router costs? last time I called them it was too exp.
Got a great deal from a guy calling at my door...
HD box - £49
4 tv packs
Installation - Free
Broadband Base - Free
Sky Talk Freetime - Free
Sky Talk Line Rental - Free (usually £10)
Total - Set-up cost £49... Monthly cost - £29.25
This is saving me almost £10 from what i was paying for Orange broadband & Talk Talk phone alone so even if i have to upgrade to broadband with a higher cap then i'm still quids in & getting Sky + HD...... :jWhat if the Hokey Pokey really is what it's all about !!!0
